Meet Lotta

Lotta Andonian, MS, RDN Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Lotta Andonian, MS, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and former chocolatier who blends culinary creativity with nutrition science. She brings together her love of food and nutrition to help people find the joy in healthy eating, exercise, and self-care, and guides clients toward realistic habits that support long-term wellness and reduce the risk of chronic disease.

Nutrition played an influential role in Andonian's own recovery from multiple health conditions, including high cholesterol, prediabetes, migraines, seizures and depression. Her experience led her to change careers to become a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with a focus on metabolic health, healthy aging, and well-being. She received a Master of Science degree in Nutrition, Healthspan and Longevity at the University of Southern California, and completed over 1000 internship hours in clinical nutrition, sports nutrition, corporate wellness, and culinary medicine. Andonian also received additional training through the Institute for Functional Medicine.

Since becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Andonian has worked with hundreds of clients as a nutrition counselor, educator, cooking instructor, and health coach, including leading cooking classes for professional athletes. She enjoys helping adults develop practical skills around meal planning, cooking, and food shopping while encouraging mindfulness practices and self-compassion.

With over 12 years of professional experience in food, wellness and nutrition, Andonian has a wealth of knowledge about recipes, ingredients, meal ideas, and products to support well-being. Her love for nourishing food is influenced by her childhood summers in Finland and volunteer work at the world-famous Santa Monica Farmers’ Market. These experiences instilled her with a love for fresh, seasonal cooking using whole foods to support health. She incorporates inspiration from her travels and life in multiple countries to tailor recommendations for clients with diverse cultural backgrounds.

Prior to becoming a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist, Andonian founded a wellness-focused chocolate company called Eat Chic Chocolates that was sold in over 600 stores internationally, ran a pop-up cafΓ© in London, worked in digital marketing for a luxury fashion website, and self-published a cookbook for charity. In these roles, she developed healthy recipes, hosted cooking classes and events, and wrote marketing materials, newsletters, articles, and blog posts. Today, she incorporates her culinary background into her work by sharing delicious, health-promoting recipes and meal ideas to show that healthy eating can be enjoyable!
